Police are appealing for information as they investigate a serious two-vehicle crash that occurred in the early hours of the morning.
Initial investigations indicate that a 2007 grey Toyota Yaris, being driven by a 44-year-old Cootharaba man, collided with a 2014 silver Nissan Micra being, driven by a 32-year-old Cooroy Mountain man, on Louis Bazzo Drive at Boreen Point on Monday, August 17, at about 1am.
Both drivers were transported to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, along with a 31-year-old male passenger in the Nissan Micro, also from Cooroy Mountain.
All three were transported to hospital in serious but stable conditions.
Anyone who may have witnesses the crash or has any dashcam or vision that could assist the investigation, is urged to come forward.
