Friday, December 13, 6.40am: One patient was assessed on scene for smoke inhalation following a kitchen appliance fire on Project Avenue at 9.20pm Noosaville. The patient declined transport to hospital.

Wednesday, December 11, 4.55pm: A stable patient has been transported to Buderim Private Hospital following a two-vehicle crash on Caloundra Road at Little Mountain at 3.23pm.

Wednesday, December 11, 2.10pm: New South Wales police have arrested a Maroochydore man following the alleged armed robbery of a bank in Coolangatta yesterday.

The 48-year-old man was located by officers about 7.30pm on the Pacific Highway at Ballina and taken into custody.

It will be alleged the man entered the business at Griffith Street, Coolangatta, armed with a knife and demanded cash from staff about noon.

Queensland Police detectives will attend Lismore Magistrates Court today where they will apply to have the man extradited to Queensland.

Tuesday, December 10, 11.05am: Paramedics have transported a stable female patient with back injuries following a two-vehicle crash on the Sunshine Motorway southbound at Mount Coolum at 9.37am.

Tuesday, December 10, 8.30am: Paramedics have transported a patient to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a single-vehicle crash on Station Road, Birtinya, at 6.35am.

Monday, December 9, 12.15pm: Paramedics have transported two stable patients to Nambour Hospital following a single-vehicle crash on Toolborough Road at Yandina Creek at 9.07am.

Monday, December 9, 7am: Two male patients were transported to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital with minor injuries after a single vehicle collided with a tree on Lower Mount Mellum Road at Landsborough at 10.23pm.  

Monday, December 9, 7am: Paramedics assessed an adult male and female and an infant for smoke inhalation at the scene of a kitchen fire reported on Noosa Drive at Noosa Heads on 10pm. All patients were reported to be in stable conditions, with the adult female and infant transported to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.   

Sunday, December 8, 10am: The Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service is conducting a planned burn within the Mount Mee area of the D’Aguilar National Park today, weather permitting.

As a result of the planned burn, smoke may be seen in the nearby areas including Mount Mee, Ocean View, Mount Pleasant, Mount Byron, Reedy Creek, Laceys Creek and Dayboro.

Sunday, December 8, 10am: Paramedics have transported a stable patient to Nambour Hospital following a vehicle and moped incident on Sunshine Cove Way at Maroochydore at 12.57pm yesterday.
