Saturday, May 20, 1pm: Paramedics assessed five people, all in stable conditions, and no one required transport to hospital following a two-vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway at Banya at midday, when traffic delays were expected.
Friday: May 19, 7.30pm: Paramedics transported a stable patient to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a motorcycle and vehicle crash on Kauri Street, Cooroy, at 2.24pm.
Friday: May 19, 10.15am:Â The Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service Public Health Unit has issued a revised exposure period, as it manages a confirmed case of Hepatitis A.
The health service is encouraging staff and patrons who visited Raw + Rice Noosa heads, between April 22 and May 18 (not May 9 as previously reported) to monitor their own and their family’s health, and present to their GP for testing and to discuss treatment where required. Friday: May 19, 5.30am: A two-vehicle incident occurred at Amaroo Street and Maroochydore Road at Maroochydore at 6.33pm last night. Two people were transported, in stable conditions, to Sunshine Coast University Hospital, including a woman in her 20s with with abdominal pain and a woman in her 70s with chest pain.
Friday: May 19, 5.30am: Paramedics responded to a reported vehicle fire at a private address on Cooinda Place at Glass House Mountains at 7.15pm last night. A man in his 30s was transported, in a stable condition, to Sunshine Coast University Hospital, for signs of smoke inhalation.
Friday: May 19, 5.30am: A two-vehicle incident occurred at Emu Mountain Arterial Road at Peregian Springs at 6.21pm last night. No-one required transport to hospital.
Thursday, May 18, 9am: A man has been arrested on the Sunshine Coast after a woman was found dead at a unit in Caboolture.
The woman in her 20s was found with stab wounds after emergency services were called to the home, north of Brisbane, on Wednesday night.
She was taken to hospital where she later died.
Queensland Police began tracking a Holden Commodore in the local area before it drove onto the Bruce Highway about 10.40pm.
The vehicle was pursued by police northbound towards the Sunshine Coast, where a tyre-deflation device was successfully deployed.
The car continued driving before allegedly crashing into a police vehicle on the Bruce Highway at Yandina.
The driver, a 29-year-old Morayfield man, was arrested and taken into custody.
“It will be alleged the man and woman were known to each other,” police said in a statement on Thursday.
The woman’s death is being treated as a homicide.

Thursday, May 18, 8.40am: Paramedics were assessing three patients following a two-vehicle crash on the Sunshine Motorway northbound at Mountain Creek at 7.52am. Traffic was heavily delayed and motorists were advised to show caution.
Two patients were transported to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in stable conditions after the crash.
Thursday, May 18, 7.35am: Paramedics transported one person, in a stable condition, to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a single-vehicle rollover on the Steve Irwin Drive off ramp at Elimbah 6.35am.
Wednesday, May 17, 11.35am: A stable patient with a significant arm injury has been transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital after their arm was crushed under a bin at a private address at Peregian Springs at 9.12am.
Wednesday, May 17, 9.35am:Â Two stable patients were transported to Gympie Hospital after a two-vehicle crash on the Old Bruce Highway and Skyring Creek Road, Tuchekoi, at 8.21am.

Wednesday, May 17, 8.40am: One stable patient with head and back pain was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital after a two-vehicle crash on David Low Way at Marcus Beach at 7.41am.
Wednesday, May 17, 7.30am: Paramedics assessed three people following a two-vehicle crash on Maroochy Boulevard and Dalton Drive, Maroochydore, at 6.44am. None of them required treatment or transport. Traffic was delayed in the area.
Tuesday, May 16, 12.35pm:Â Paramedics transported one patient in a stable condition to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a vehicle and pedestrian incident on Cotton Tree Parade, Maroochydore, at 10.51am.
Tuesday, May 16, 7.15am: Multiple paramedics attended a house fire on Wyandra Street, Noosa Heads, at 7.48pm last night. One female patient was assessed at the scene, however declined transport to hospital.

Sunday, May 14, 6am:Â Sunshine Coast Criminal Investigation Branch detectives have established Operation Victor Descent following the sudden death of a man in Conondale.
Initial information indicates just after 4pm on Saturday, May 13, officers were called to a Kilcoy Lane address where the body of a 69-year-old Conondale man was located inside.
Investigations into the circumstances leading up to the man’s death are underway, including whether it’s suspicious in nature.
Detectives appeal for anyone with information to come forward, including nearby residents with dashcam or CCTV captured within the past week.
