Only a handful of water-facing homesites remain in a Sunshine Coast master-planned community, which offers near city living close to iconic beaches.
Sunshine Cove’s Lancelin Precinct has just six south-east facing waterfront blocks left for sale as the last of the dry homesites have now sold out.
Sunshine Cove Realty’s Penny Service said the sale of these waterfront sites would bring “this master-planned development to a brilliant culmination”.
“Some of the best architecturally designed homes were now emerging within the Lancelin Precinct along Discovery Place,” Ms Service said.
“Each home is taking its own unique design path to maximise the precinct’s exclusive location within the Chardan Development Group’s award-winning development.
“For a real insight, take a walk along the pathway across the lake, which gives you a good view of the Lancelin Precinct and you’ll see just how innovative the architects have been with homes taking full advantage of the direct lake frontage.
“This pathway can be accessed from Meridien Drive, Sunshine Cove. Having the flexibility of working with any architect and builder you choose makes looking at Sunshine Cove for your home that much more appealing.
“Your home is about what your individual family needs. And of course, style.”
Once complete, the development will include more than eight kilometres of walking and cycling pathways along with open community spaces and playgrounds with barbecue facilities designed to encourage outdoor living and connection between neighbours.
The location has also played a major role in the development’s appeal, offering residents easy access to some of the Coast’s most popular destinations.
“Everything else you may need is literally at your fingertips: the stunning beaches at Alexandra Headland, Maroochy and Cotton Tree, and the Maroochydore CBD and Sunshine Plaza are very close by,” Ms Service said.
“When you also factor in our proximity to the many schooling options nearby, and the local hospitals and health facilities, you can see the benefits of being a part of the Sunshine Cove community.”

Ms Service added that Sunshine Cove continued to surprise people because it offered the convenience of a central location while maintaining the atmosphere of a genuinely connected neighbourhood.
“It’s so close to everything, but it also retains that neighbour community feel while promoting a relaxed, active lifestyle,” she said.
“But close your door at night, and it’s lovely and peaceful.”

When complete, Sunshine Cove will feature 11 precincts and be home to approximately 6000 residents, marking the conclusion of a long-term vision for a connected community in central Maroochydore.
“Sunshine Cove has emerged as one of the places to live in Maroochydore, but the Lancelin Precinct is the final release of freehold land,” Ms Service said.
“And there’s a mix of emotions associated with that achievement as we are literally about to sell out of land.
“Now is the time to come and visit.”
