Rose Killip has taken over at Smith Criminal Law, which is based in Maroochydore and services Caloundra to Gympie.

Ms Killip has more than nine years’ experience working within the criminal justice system in Queensland.

Born and raised on the Coast, she has strong ties and connections to the area.

Ms Killip says she is a natural strategist and negotiator whose diverse legal experience, knowledge of criminal law and advocacy skills have resulted in her being one of the most sought-after criminal lawyers on the Sunshine Coast.

She has appeared in all jurisdictions in Queensland as both a prosecutor and solicitor advocate in trials, summary hearings, committals, sentences, appeals and other applications.

She is joined at Smith Criminal Law by solicitor Jamiee Burns, legal clerk Wylyn Chan and law clerk James Blanche.
