A Brisbane farmers market stall turned Italian eatery is expanding on the Sunshine Coast, with a second venue opening in the region.
Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers has a new site in Caloundra, following the success of its Maroochydore restaurant.
The eatery is located at Shop 5/80 Lower Gay Terrace and serves the business’s signature handmade potato gnocchi, slow-cooked sauces and Italian-inspired meals.
Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers started as a stall at Brisbane farmers markets in 2015 before expanding into a fast-casual restaurant chain across Southeast Queensland and New South Wales.
Co-founders Benjamin Cleary Corradini and Theo Roduner said they were excited to expand across the Sunshine Coast.
“We’ve loved becoming part of the Sunshine Coast community through our Maroochydore location, and we’re really excited to now bring Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers to Caloundra,” they said.
“Caloundra has such a vibrant local community, and we’re looking forward to becoming part of it, meeting locals and sharing the food that has helped us grow from a small market stall into the brand we are today.”

The menu offers a modern take on Italian cuisine, with gnocchi dishes, pasta, sides and desserts, as well as gluten-free, vegan and halal-friendly options.
The business has previously served Caloundra customers on Friday and Sunday markets, giving locals a taste of its menu before the permanent venue opens.
“We know locals are already asking when they can come in, and we’re just as excited to open the doors,” the founders said.
The restaurant was set to have a soft opening on Wednesday, September 9 before its official grand opening on Friday, September 18, when it will offer its slow-cooked lamb shank gnocchi for $15.
