A stylish range of Scandinavian-inspired homes are the latest offerings in Stockland’s $5 billion master-planned Aura community.

The developer has released its new premium properties, called the North Lane Terraces, located in the growing suburb of Nirimba.

Starting from $479,000, the two-to-four-bedroom homes are ideal for first-home buyers, downsizers or “sea changers” ready to trade larger blocks for low-maintenance living.

The urban village is a partnership between Stockland and Queensland’s leading builders Vantage Homes, Thompson Sustainable Homes and Ausmar Homes, and will be ready for purchasers to call home from late 2022.

Aura Senior Development Manager, Hannah Madill, said the terrace homes offered a new benchmark for liveability in one of Australia’s most sought-after coastal regions.

“We’ve seen a huge rise in the popularity of our townhomes, largely driven by the desire for people to spend their weekends out and about rather than tending to their large gardens or lawns,” Ms Madill said.

“Customers are actively seeking out well-located, low-maintenance architecturally designed townhomes as a lifestyle choice,” she said.

“With tropical landscaping and fresh, light exterior finishes, the North Lane Terraces will take modern coastal home design to the next level.

“Combined with connectivity to the wider Aura community, this is a release that will be highly sought-after by local and interstate buyers alike.”

The turnkey homes are conveniently positioned opposite the future Nirimba Village Hub – including a future childcare facility and café – while the Nirimba State Primary School, sporting fields, playgrounds and green spaces are a short stroll away.

Over the next 25 years, Aura is planned to include more than 20,000 new homes, two business parks, 10 sporting grounds, 25 community facilities, 20 educational facilities, 700 hectares of conservation and park areas and 200 kilometres of cycle ways and walking paths.
