The Sunshine Coast Symphony Orchestra and the talent-filled Sunshine Coast Youth Orchestra are joining together to create the largest orchestra to ever play in the region.
Conducted by Adrian King, the combined power of two orchestras creates such an awe-inspiring sound, it will be hard to believe there are no amplifiers being used.
To house the concert, the orchestras had to search for an especially large hall, and have partnered with St Andrew’s Anglican College in Peregian Springs.
The hall can accommodate 2500 people.
Everything will be big with this event, including the pieces being played, from Les Misérables, The Chronicles Of Narnia, Lord Of The Dance, to Jupiter from The Planets.
