Police have charged a man after investigations into a large number of alleged antisemitic graffiti offences across the Sunshine Coast.

It is alleged the man spray painted graffiti on public property at multiple locations between February and December.

Following investigations, police arrested a 27-year-old man at a Coolum Beach residence on December 19.

He has been charged with 25 counts of wilful damage by graffiti and is due to appear in Maroochydore Magistrates Court on January 12.

Police believe there may be additional incidents of wilful damage that have not yet been reported and are urging anyone who has witnessed graffiti to contact police.

Investigations are ongoing.
