A luxury waterfront home that has already earned a swag of industry accolades has added another seven awards to its growing collection.
The Mooloolaba residence, known as Azura, has been named the 2026 Housing Industry Association (HIA) Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay Home of the Year.
Built by Tyson Building Group, the multimillion-dollar property also claimed six other awards at the event, which was held at the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre at Twin Waters on Friday night.
The three-level home features a curved roofline, a central staircase and a passenger lift, along with a basement housing a car lift, gym and cellar.
Its construction involved extensive curved slabs, walls and ceilings, as well as a habitable basement built well below the high-tide mark, which presented significant engineering challenges.
Azura also won Kitchen of the Year, Bathroom of the Year and Custom Built Home, along with individual categories for New Kitchen over $80,000, New Bathroom over $50,000 and Sunshine Coast Custom Built Home over $10 million.

The latest recognition follows Azura’s success at the Master Builders Sunshine Coast Awards in August, when it was named House of the Year and won multiple other categories.
HIA Queensland executive director Michael Roberts congratulated Tyson Building Group on its achievement.
“Azura is an outstanding example of what can be achieved through exceptional design, craftsmanship and attention to detail,” he said.
Among other major award winners, Dayne Lawrie Constructions collected five awards across its Bosque and Orelia projects, including Renovation/Addition Project of the Year and Residential Design.

Shine Building secured three awards, including Custom Built Home from $2 million to $2.6 million for a sprawling single-level residence featuring pitched rooflines, dark exterior cladding and stone detailing against a backdrop of bushland.
Brighton Homes claimed four categories, including Display Home up to $600,000 for Clovelly 23 and the People’s Choice Home award, partnered by My Weekly Preview.
Other winners included Thompson Sustainable Homes, which was recognised for Affordable Housing and Innovation in Housing, while Kate Anderson Design won Kitchen Design and shared the Renovation/Addition Project up to $1.5 million award with O’Regan Building Group.

Oly Homes won the Modular and Prefabricated Housing category, while Saltair took out Project Home.

Mr Roberts said the strength of the regional building industry was evident.
“The standard of homes, renovations and residential projects recognised across the Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay region reflects the exceptional talent, innovation and professionalism of our local building industry,” he said.
Winners in major categories will progress to the Queensland Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards.
