A motorcyclist has died following a crash involving a caravan on a Sunshine Coast road on Sunday.
The 64-year-old man was riding a BMW G650GS motorcycle when it collided with a Toyota Landcruiser towing a caravan on Maleny Kenilworth Road at Elaman Creek about 10am.
The motorcycle rider sustained critical injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.
The occupants of the Landcruiser were not physically injured.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the fatal crash. Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash or has relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
