Two teenagers have suffered life-threatening injuries in an early-morning multi-vehicle crash on the Sunshine Coast.
Paramedics responded to the crash on Pignata Road at Palmview after it was reported at 2.03am on Sunday.
A male in his late teens was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a life-threatening condition with head and chest injuries.
A male in his mid-teens was also transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital with life-threatening head injuries before being airlifted to Queensland Children’s Hospital.
Another male in his late teens was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with a head injury.
Meanwhile, a male teenager was also involved in a serious incident at Tewantin on Friday night.
Paramedics transported the teenager with a significant leg injury, in a potentially life-threatening condition, to Sunshine Coast University Hospital following a vehicle and e-bicycle incident on the intersection of Golf Course Road and Cooroy Noosa Road at 6.10pm.
