A boy has been airlifted to hospital after falling into a campfire in the Gympie region.
The Sunshine Coast-based LifeFlight aeromedical crew was tasked to a campground near Imbil at 2.25pm on Saturday.
The helicopter landed near the scene, bringing a specialist medical team directly to the patient.
