A man has been airlifted to hospital after a crash that closed the northbound lanes of the Bruce Highway.
Police are investigating the serious single-vehicle crash at Federal this morning.
Initial investigations indicate that shortly before 11.30am, a white Suburu Liberty crashed into a concrete dividing strip near the Pomona exit.
A 68-year-old man suffered serious injuries and received medical treatment at the scene, before being airlifted to hospital.
The northbound lanes of Bruce Highway were blocked for about an hour, with traffic diversions in place.
Investigations are ongoing and anyone with information or relevant dashcam vision is urged to contact police.
