A new display village with a mix of contemporary homes has opened in a rapidly-growing master-planned community.

Developer Stockland unveiled what is believed to be the Sunshine Coast’s largest collection of display homes at Aura. Prospective homebuyers have the opportunity to explore 34 new homes from 21 leading builders.

The display village showcases a range of homes, including 5 urban terraces, 18 single-storey designs and 11 double-storey homes.

Designs range from compact 145sqm homes through to larger 444sqm options, catering to a wide range of buyers, budgets and lifestyles.

Stockland Development director Josh Sondergeld said the village meets growing buyer interest, as demand for new homes in the region continues to increase.

“A display village plays a really important role in the homebuying journey, giving people the opportunity to step inside different homes, experience the layouts and see the latest design ideas brought to life,” he said.

“Aura’s display village allows buyers to compare different styles, layouts and price points, helping them make confident decisions about what will work best for their family and their budget.

“Colour-coded guidance across the village also helps buyers identify which homes are most suitable to their chosen lot, simplifying the purchasing journey.”

More than 30 homes are within the new Aura Display Village.

Mr Sondergeld said the village gave buyers a clearer sense of what it looks like to build and live within Australia’s largest master-planned community.

“With more than 16,000 residents already calling Aura home, people are choosing to build here for the lifestyle as much as the home itself,” he said.

“Exploring the display village alongside the surrounding neighbourhood helps buyers see how parks, schools, active paths and everyday amenities all come together for families at Aura.”
