Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man last seen almost two weeks ago.

Timothy Reynolds, 33, was reported missing from Rosemount on January 11.

He was last seen at a Berri Court address at about 6pm that day.

Police hold concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.

He is described as Caucasian, about 182 cm tall, with a proportionate build, brown hair, and was last seen wearing a yellow high-visibility jumper.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
