Police are appealing for information as they investigate the circumstances around two men who were located deceased at a Maroochydore property.

Emergency services were called to the Kingsford Smith Parade unit complex around 11.20am yesterday, in relation to a welfare check.

Upon entering a unit at the complex, officers located a 65-year-old Maroochydore man and a 56-year-old Mountain Creek man, who were both deceased.

The unit remains a crime scene as investigations into the circumstances of both men’s deaths continue.

Investigators are appealing for anyone who may have relevant information or CCTV/dashcam vision to come forward.
