A new $30 million estate, which is expected to be build-ready by the end of the year, has attracted an influx of interest from prospective buyers just days into its prelaunch.
Leading local developer Cube Developments has received development approval for Lumeah, a 31-lot hilltop estate in Peregian Springs.
Comprising premium land lots range from 367sqm to 734sqm, the 2.79ha site is within walking distance of a shopping centre and schools. It’s also just a few minutes’ drive from Peregian and Coolum beaches.
The project, which is a joint venture by Cube Developments and builder McNab, is set to be ready for construction by the end of 2023, with road, electrical and landscaping works completed on site. Settlements should be finalised in early 2024.
McNab managing director and founder Michael McNab said the estate represented a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for exclusive coastal living.
He also said prospective buyers had rushed to register their interest in one of few remaining freehold land sites in the area.
“We have cleared the site and have achieved almost 200 registered and interested buyers to provide further information on this particular development within the first seven days of our prelaunch,” he said via a media release.
The developer expected Lumeah to attract record sales for the area.
Cube Developments director Scott Juniper said the project attracted people who desired a luxurious and connected lifestyle, similar to the standards found living in Sydney and Melbourne.
“The interest we’ve received from our internal database has been extremely positive. Our buyers recognise the exclusivity and prestige of this product,” he said.
The development has been designed to fit in with the existing style and feel of the surrounding streetscapes, with plenty of landscaping to its verges.
“The site itself is just spectacular,” Mr Juniper said.
“It’s nestled within the leafy and well-established community of Peregian Springs, and is a short distance from some of the best beaches the Sunshine Coast has to offer.”
