Full Moon Party – NightQuarter
The party begins at dusk as the full moon rises over the beach. Be transported to Haad Rin beach in Koh Phangan island in Thailand for one night only. With fire eating, UV body paint dancers, fire shows and DJs. Dance like you haven’t since 2019. From 5pm UV Dancers will put on a lightshow, at 6.30pm the Circus Spectacular begins, and to finish off the night DJs pump up the tunes.

Christian Patey — Provider single launch
Join Christian and his band with special guests Betty Taylor and Big Blue Eyes at the Solbar to celebrate the release of his new single Provider. Christian Patey is producing and playing electro, alternative/pop music with his three-piece band. Known for their fun high energy live shows, they have played with Boo Seeka, Thundmentals, Tash Sultana,Tora and Noah Slee, with sold-out shows and Triple J plays to follow. Mamma Mia! The Musical – Final Show

Hockey Dad Live
Across five years, two studio albums and an EP, Hockey Dad has achieved more than two coastal kids could ever collectively dream of. Their last effort, 2018’s Blend Inn, ended up being one of the year’s biggest successes for independent Australian music. Not only did it crack the top 10 of the ARIA album charts, it also took up four spots in triple j’s Hottest 100. Not bad for a pair of kids from a town where its previous biggest musical export was a jingle for a computer store.

Glenn Shorrock – Maleny Long Lunch
The inaugural Maleny Long Lunch is coming to The Pavilion Maleny Showgrounds, featuring special guest performer and iconic Australian multi-award-winning singer/songwriter and global hit-maker, Glenn Shorrock and band. The Maleny Long Lunch is proud to support Wishlist (Sunshine Coast Health Foundation) and will donate profits from the bar on the day to Wishlist to help with the ongoing running and maintenance of Wishlist House on the Sunshine Coast. A Night at the Proms: World War II Memories
The Sunshine Coast Symphony Orchestra is putting on its end-of-year Proms concert, with the theme of World War II memories. You can re-live the Last Night of the Proms as if you were in Albert Hall. Conducted by Adrian King, the concert features the Spitfire Prelude and Fugue, Schindler’s List, American Sketches, Dam Busters March and of course the perennial favourites Jerusalem, Fantasia on British Sea-Songs and Pomp and Circumstance. With solos from violinist Rhys Williams and singer Fran Wilson, it will be a knees-up not to be missed.

Blithe Spirit — Lind Lane Theatre
Be prepared to be thoroughly entertained in The Lind’s latest production of Blithe Spirit, described by playwright Noel Coward as ‘an improbable farce’. It is set at the house of socialite and writer Charles Condomine and his wife Ruth. One summer evening Charles invites local eccentric medium Madame Arcati to hold a seance at his house. It soon becomes clear that the medium has unwittingly brought back Charles’ first wife Elvira, who causes all kinds of mischievous trouble between the married couple. Intensely funny and character-driven, Blithe Spirit combines farce, emotion, and wit to great effect.

Marking Place with Anne Harris
This workshop will share the inspiration of making natural ink and explore mark making using materials from your everyday environment. Decades of Diva by Hot Ginger Chorus
Hot Ginger Chorus is a women’s chorus on the Sunshine Coast, specialising in barbershop singing which is characterised by four-part harmonies, ringing chords and an emphasis on showmanship. Their members come from all walks of life and all ages, sharing a love of music and friendships that extend well beyond the chorus. The ladies are putting on a night showcasing Decades of Diva, a celebration of women in music over the years.

Kin Kin Art Fair
If you’re looking for a chance to meet and watch artists in action and maybe even buy a unique Christmas present or two, visit the inaugural Kin Kin Art Fair. Visitors can catch up with Kin Kinians and enjoy some country hospitality as painters, jewellers, photographers, mosaic artists and even a wood-whittler show off their artworks and offer their creations for sale. A few will also be sharing their amazing techniques. The art of local schoolchildren will also be on display and local singer Lia Rizzo will entertain visitors as they enjoy some delicious country refreshments.

Lucy Maunder and Mat Verevis — Montrose fundraising lunch

Mat Verevis is an singer/actor and songwriter best known for his performance as Barry Mann in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical. He recently appeared as Mark Cohen in RENT and Tobias Ragg in Sweeney Todd. Lucy Maunder is one of Australia’s musical theatre leading ladies. Currently starring in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory for which she was nominated for a 2019 Helpmann Award for Best Supporting Actress.
