Talking Heads – performed by The Jensens

Simon Gardener’s Big Stadium Rock Show

Relive the days of fist pumping, head banging, anthem screaming classic rock from the 80s and 90s. The set will include heavy rock classics from monsters of the genre like Guns n Roses, Aerosmith, Def Leppard, AC/DC, Kiss, Van Halen, Motley Crue, Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, Ozzy Osbourne and more. $1 from every ticket sold will be donated to Support Act, Australia’s only charity delivering crisis relief, mental health and wellbeing services to artists, crew and music workers who are doing it tough.

Ablaze – Film Screening

An unforgettable story about a lost film, a grandson’s journey to learn more about his past, and the early days of the movement for First Nations rights. Premiering at the 2021 Melbourne Film Festival, ‘Ablaze’ documents the discovery of possibly the first ever Aboriginal filmmaker. The film was six-years in the making for directors Tirki Onus, an opera singer and academic, and National Film and Sound Archive curator, Alec Morgan. There will be a Q and A following the film screening.

Hockey Dad Live

Across five years, two studio albums and an EP, Hockey Dad has achieved more than two coastal kids could ever collectively dream of. Their last effort, 2018’s Blend Inn, ended up being one of the year’s biggest successes for independent Australian music.
