Property enthusiasts can be inspired by the latest home designs at a new waterfront display village on the Sunshine Coast.

The Pelican Waters Master Builders display village, situated off Coral Sea Drive on Arlington Drive and Kianga Street, features a collection of state-of-the-art designs from Queensland’s best builders, including Immackulate Designer Homes, Metricon, Matira, Platinum Residential Designer Homes, Dwyer Quality Homes, McLachlan Homes, qldBUILT, Arcadia, Stroud Homes and Burns Builders.

Master Builders Display Villages manager Greg Byrne said the project set a new benchmark in residential building design for the southern Sunshine Coast.

“2021 has provided a very challenging environment in bringing this village to completion. However, we got there and delivered a first-class product,’’ he said.

The project has “set a new benchmark in residential building design” in the area.

“We are very proud of the outcome, which has taken a lot of work by all involved to present an offering that is not just another display village.

“It really is a must-see. These waterfront homes take design and the latest trends to another level.”
