Property enthusiasts can be inspired by the latest home designs at a new waterfront display village on the Sunshine Coast.

The Pelican Waters Master Builders display village, situated off Coral Sea Drive on Arlington Drive and Kianga Street, features a collection of state-of-the-art designs from Queensland’s best builders, including Immackulate Designer Homes, Metricon, Matira, Platinum Residential Designer Homes, Dwyer Quality Homes, McLachlan Homes, qldBUILT, Arcadia, Stroud Homes and Burns Builders.

Master Builders Display Villages manager Greg Byrne said the project set a new benchmark in residential building design for the southern Sunshine Coast.

“2021 has provided a very challenging environment in bringing this village to completion. However, we got there and delivered a first-class product,’’ he said.

The village, off Coral Sea Drive on Arlington Drive and Kianga Street, features a collection of fresh designs.

Greg said the display homes were characterised by high-end finishes, innovative designs and a welcoming feel.

“There is a combination of single and double-storey designs, tailored to their environment to maximise the best elements such as water views,” he said.

The official opening will feature 10 eye-catching display homes to inspect, along with live music, competitions and giveaways, food trucks, kids’ activities and street games.
