Caloundra Chorale’s Easter Concert

The Caloundra Chorale is a community choir and because of COVID, the members have sorely missed the sense of community fostered by singing together and singing for their loyal patrons which they have done for 50 years. Conductor Kim Kirkman and the choir are so excited to present their Easter Concert which will showcase pieces to be performed at the Queensland Eisteddfod in Maryborough. Due to COVID restrictions, their little theatre at Wurtulla is too small for the performance but the choir is fortunate to be able to use Venue 114 for one performance only.

The Good Bands Hot August Night Neil Diamond Show

After the massive success of the sold out The Good Band performs Neil Diamond ‘Hot August Night’ show at Gold Coast HOTA Home of the Arts, the boys have decided to bring the epic show to the Sunshine Coast. The Good Band is a Queensland six-piece supergroup with rad players including Hayden Andrews & Scott Bignell from Brisbane horn heavy big hitters Cheap Fakes, Geoff Green of Aria-award winners George and Ben Mackay from the genre-defying LeSuits. This event is initiated by Movement Day Sunshine Coast, a collection of local pastors and Christian leaders who work together in humility, trust and reconciled diversity to engage and serve the community.

Open Galleries Sunshine Coast – Walk and Talk Tour

Caloundra Regional Gallery is participating in the Open Studios Sunshine Coast, Coastal regions weekend. Each day there will be an opportunity to meet four different artists and join them for a Walk & Talk tour.
