The countdown is on to Queensland’s premier gardening event, which is returning to the Coast in July for its 38th edition.

The Queensland Garden Expo attracts more than 38,000 visitors and 340 exhibitors over three days at the Nambour Showgrounds.

This year’s event will be from July 7 to 9 and will be boosted by a partnership between organiser Nursery and Garden Industry Queensland and Queensland Country Bank.

“We are absolutely delighted to welcome Queensland Country Bank as our presenting partner sponsor in 2023,” Queensland Garden Expo event manager Marion Beazley said.

“Our values of environmental awareness and protection, and our connection to community, strongly align with those of Queensland Country Bank and we look forward to working with their team.”

Aaron Newman from Queensland Country Bank said the partnership was a win-win.

“Sponsorship of the Queensland Garden Expo was a natural fit for Queensland Country Bank as we expand our presence and footprint in South-East Queensland,” he said.

“Queensland Country Bank is proud to be supporting the Queensland Garden Expo as it involves and connects with various community groups at the grassroots level.

“This added to the synergy of being a part of this event.”

The expo features a wide range of exhibitors, dozens of nurseries and several gardening experts sharing their knowledge across a program of demonstrations and workshops.

For the kids there is craft, seed planting and a free playground with giant slide, jumping pillow and merry-go-round.
