Sunshine Coast Mardi Gras
Celebrating the LGBTQI+ community, this vibrant festival will be family friendly from 5pm to 8.30pm and adults only from 8.30pm to midnight. Hosted by Miss Lady Saint Diva, Miss Synthetique, Shanny T-Bone and Paul Wheeler, the acts range from drag queens and singers to a police marching band, to promote diversity and inclusion.

David Strassman – The Chocolate Diet
From London to New York, David Strassman’s comic genius has shocked and surprised. David Strassman is a master of his art and once again, in this show, he delivers the ultimate night out. This performance is rated MA and recommended for children 15 years and older. Gaiungan Gallery – NAIDOC Exhibition Opening Night
In a twist on this year’s NAIDOC Week theme Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up!, local storyteller and Indigenous artist Peter Mulcahy has pieced together his NAIDOC week exhibition Got Up! Stood Up! Showed Up! in conjunction with a trio of well-known local indigenous artists, including Jandamarra Cadd and Torres Strait Island musician Alister Bartholomew.

Joe Camilleri & The Black Sorrows (Dinner and Show)
The Black Sorrows are one of Australia’s most prolific and enduringly popular bands renowned for their high-energy live shows, musicianship and infectious, roots-soaked blues rock. They’ve sold more than two million albums to date and won an ARIA Award for Best Group. Joe Camilleri has been at the forefront of Australian music for decades as the leader of Jo Jo Zep & The Falcons and The Black Sorrows, and as writer of radio anthems “Hit & Run”, “Shape I’m In”, “Chained To The Wheel”, “Harley & Rose” and “Never Let Me Go’.

Fresh Country Festival
Chugg Music, Spotify and 92.7 MIX FM present Fresh Country, the latest country music festival featuring some of Australia’s hottest country pop and country rock artists. The jam-packed event will be headlined by the Queensland and Gold Coast Music Awards Country Artist of the Year for 2022 Casey Barnes, performing hits from his best-selling new album Light It Up and more. Joining him will be The Buckleys, Josh Setterfield and Liam Brew. Natalie Pearson will kick off the NightQuarter electric stage with her anthemic country-pop and powerhouse vocals.
