The partner of a Brisbane man who holidayed on the Sunshine Coast has also tested positive to the coronavirus, but no new exposure sites have been added.
The man and woman visited a number of venues in Eumundi, Sunshine Beach and Noosa (listed below), many of them together.
The woman was among four new locally acquired cases announced in Queensland on Monday, all of which could be traced back to a known source.
There were also three new cases among overseas arrivals in hotel quarantine.
One of the latest community transmitted infections was a close contact of someone from the Greek Orthodox Community Centre cluster and a second case was her daughter.
The third case was a colleague of the Brisbane man, 29, who visited Eumundi in late June and the fourth his partner.
All new cases had the Alpha strain and Dr Jeannette Young said she did not believe the much more contagious Delta variant was circulating in the community.
Dr Young said contact tracing detectives had determined the venue that was considered the “site of transmission” that three cases had attended.
That location was Zeus Street Greek at Westfield Chermside which the Eumundi holidaymaker had been to.

Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said Monday’s case numbers were “good news” as they could all be traced back to the existing clusters.
Between the Greek Orthodox Community Centre and the Portuguese Restaurant there have now been 23 cases.
“It just goes to show these short sharp lockdowns do work; they give our contact tracers that vital time they need to get on top of things,” she said.
Vaccine rollout delays
Ms Palaszczuk praised Queenslanders for coming out in droves to get vaccinated, with more than 92,000 getting the jab in the past week at Queensland Health hubs.
However she said supplies of Pfizer from the Federal Government were not keeping up with demand which would cause a three-month wait for eligible Queenslanders who had not yet received a booking.
Ms Palaszczuk said people who had registered interest online for Pfizer, but not yet received a booking date, would be contacted and told their vaccination appointment would have to wait until October when an influx of doses was expected.
Health minister Yvette D’Ath said there were more than 140,000 Queenslanders who had registered online but not been given a jab date and these were the people who would have to wait until October-November.
Ms D’Ath said priority would be given to those who had already received a first dose and and the 228,250 Queenslanders who were already booked in.
The minister said supplies from the Federal Government were “stagnant” and she had written to the Commonwealth asking for more.
Queensland was currently receiving 65,000 doses a week until October which was not enough to cover everyone who wanted one, said the Premier.
