Two vessels that were allegedly stolen from Mooloolaba earlier this month have been recovered by police.

A white 2003 Powercat 2600 Sports vessel taken from a jetty attached to a residence on Tarwarri Crescent was located on Friday in Round Creek Hill near 1770 – about 275km away.

The boat is valued at about $140,000.

A 39-year-old man from Glenore Grove, near Gatton, has been charged with one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of a motor vehicle with intent to deprive.

He is due to appear in Bundaberg Magistrates Court on March 2.

An aluminium 349 Territory Strike tinnie that was taken from Carrothool Place has also been located.

It was found without a motor in the Mooloolah River at Mountain Creek, near Karawatha Drive and Mountain Creek Road.

No charges have yet been laid over this incident and the motor is yet to be located.

A third vessel, a grey inflatable that was taken from Woomba Place, remains outstanding.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
