Police are investigating a fatal traffic crash in North Arm on January 5.

At about 2.40pm, police and emergency services were called to Bunya Road following reports a Honda CBR600F motorbike and white Toyota Hilux had collided.

The motorbike rider, a 66-year-old Yandina man, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The driver of the Toyota, a 33-year-old Yandina man and two male passengers were not physically injured.

Bunya Road, between Gold Creek Road and Monak Road, was closed and has since reopened.

Police are appealing to anyone with relevant information, CCTV or dashcam vision to come forward.

Investigations are ongoing.
