Police are investigating a fatal crash involving a motorbike and truck.

Emergency services were called to Eumundi Noosa Road at Noosaville just before 9.30am on Friday, following reports the vehicles had collided.

Upon arrival, police located a 41-year-old male motorbike rider from Noosaville with critical injuries.

He was declared dead at the scene.

The truck driver, a 24-year-old Cootharaba man, was not physically injured.

A section of Eumundi Noosa Road remains closed as police investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.

Police are urging anyone with relevant dashcam vision to contact them.
