A much-loved RSL club known as a favourite place for locals to meet is revving up for its next big giveaway.

Maroochy RSL is giving its members a chance to share in its “massive” $110,000 cash prize and Mini Cooper C giveaway, which runs for the next two months.

Maroochy RSL’s head of marketing Tracey Boeck said to enter the draw members simply had to use their membership card within the club with every transaction over $5.

“Our members are going to love this,” Ms Boeck said.

“Every Friday night across October and November there will be $7000 in cash draws, plus a finalist position each week for a chance to win the Mini.

“Our major draw will be on November 29 where all our nine lucky finalists will assemble to see who has the key that opens the lock.

“They will drive away in a brand new Mini Cooper C.”

The recently launched car, complete with British racing green curves, is currently on display in the Maroochy RSL foyer.

Ms Boeck said new members were welcome to join, with a 2024 social membership just $1.

Maroochy RSL has more than 18,000 current members, over 40 volunteers and employs more than 120 local staff.
