A breathtaking estate in a high-end area has attracted the attention of prospective buyers from the other side of the world.
No. 120 Tunba Court, labelled the Australian House of the Year in 2010, is on the market for offers of more than $9.995 million.
The property, at Cooroy Mountain, is set on 16.28 hectares (40 acres) and includes a sprawling residence with six bedrooms, four bathrooms and 10 car spaces.

The property was sold for $1.3m in 2005, when there was just a small home there.
The new owners then built a stunning abode over the course of two to three years – which led to a national award – before selling it for $4.425m in 2018.
The most recent owners have spent an estimated $2 to $3 million on upgrades. They hail from Melbourne and have only spent a few weeks at the property each year.
The home is spread over two wings, separated by a main living area.

The property is in a distinguished rural neighbourhood renowned for being the location of choice for many multimillionaires.
“Cooroy Mountain is a desirable area … Tunba Court is one of the most exclusive areas,” Mr Berns said.
“It would be the most exclusive area in the Noosa hinterland. The homes are not cheap.”
He said the home represented value.
“It is price corrected, that’s for sure,” he said.
“Considering other houses on the market (with similar price points), this one is probably a lot larger and private. I think it outmatches them.”
