Police are investigating alleged stabbing incidents on the Sunshine Coast on Saturday night.

Emergency services were called to a park near Margaret Street at Coolum Beach at about 6pm, after reports that two men had been stabbed.

A man in his 20s, with a wound to his chest, was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital, in a serious condition. Another man in his 20s, with a wound to his arm, was also taken to SCUH, in a stable condition.

Three males were assisting police with their inquiries, and police appealed to any witnesses, or anyone who may have captured footage in the area at the time, to come forward.

Police were also called to an alleged stabbing at Point Cartwright Drive at Buddina at about 9.30pm.

A man in his 20s ,with a wound to his hand, was transported to SCUH, in a stable condition.

Investigations are ongoing.
