The Sunshine Coast’s newest residential precinct will officially launch early next month, with 25 home sites up for grabs.

Stockland is offering the first blocks in the Acacia at Aura land release on Saturday, November 4.

Lots range from 250sqm to 532sqm and are priced from $299,500.

Construction of the first homes is expected to begin by the middle of next year.

Acacia at Aura is located in the suburb of Banya and adjoins the Bells Creek conservation area, with parklands and the longest continuous frontage to Bells Creek in Aura.

The precinct will be developed across several stages, with the final stage expected to be finished by 2026.

The new residential precinct is expected to be completed by 2026.

On completion, the new precinct in the Aura masterplanned community will include about 1300 homes, a Stockland Halcyon over-50s lifestyle resort spanning about 20 hectares, and a range of proposed services including shops, parks and a childcare centre.

Stockland Aura project director Josh Sondergeld said the high demand for residential property in the region meant buyers were looking for affordable land options in desirable locations.

“Aura provides a diverse range of quality housing to cater to all stages of people’s lifestyles and is an attractive option for first homebuyers, families, upgraders, downsizers and retirees, as well as those looking to relocate to the region,” he said.

“Future residents at Acacia at Aura can embrace the active, outdoor lifestyle with easy access to Aura’s existing network of walking and bike paths, three new local parks, and a future sports park at the entry of the new precinct.”

The Stockland Aura Sales and Vision Centre is at 1 Tucker Street, Bells Creek, and open from 10am to 5pm daily.
