Community members gathered last week for sunset drinks and canapes to celebrate the first birthday of one of the new Maroochydore CBD’s landmark buildings.
The Holiday Inn Express and Suites Sunshine Coast opened in May last year, the first offering from the brand in Australia.

The hotel, a joint partnership between Pro-invest Hotels and IHG Hotels & Resort, offers 181 guest rooms and suites, plus facilities including a heated rooftop pool and multi-purpose deck with views.
