All the hard work on an enchanting relaxation area on an acreage property has paid off for a Noosa hinterland business.

Doonan-based landscaper Matt McMahon, of McMahon Earth Solutions, had his Yandina Creek Project singled out as the winner of a Landscape Queensland Construction Excellence Award.

The awards, held in Brisbane on November 12, recognise excellence in the industry across the state.

The garden featured a sunken firepit, stone boulder retaining walls and lush lawn area.

Matt is an experienced acreage landscape specialist and passionate about producing work that complements the natural hinterland environment.

He was thrilled to have the project recognised.

“The material has a beautiful aesthetic and withstands the test of time”.

The winning project will be entered into the Australian Landscaper of the Year Awards, competing against other state award winners for the prestigious national title.
