An oh-so-cool apartment development, inspired by the classic curved lines of sails and waves, at Bokarina aims to help fill the growing demand for boutique living by the beach.

Stockland has announced the public release of its latest development, The Curl.

Designed by award-winning local architects O.G.E Group, the one, two and three-bedroom apartments start from $479,000, a short stroll from the golden sands of the surf beach.

The complex includes a communal pool and gardens, with Lake Kawana, parklands, and a future dining and shopping precinct nearby.

The Curl makes a bold entry statement to the community.

Stockland senior development manager Matt Patullo said the new release of 15 apartments came as more homebuyers were drawn to low-maintenance beachside living.

“The rising popularity of townhome and apartment living shows no signs of stopping, as more homebuyers recognise the benefits of homes that leave plenty of time to enjoy all Queensland has to offer,” Mr Patullo said.

“We’ve seen an increase in buyers eager to embrace the Sunshine Coast’s laid-back lifestyle, and rising demand for architecturally-designed boutique homes in well-located, high-quality communities.

“With a northerly aspect across the parklands and lake, The Curl is a memorable gateway to the Bokarina Beach community.”

O.G.E Group director John Robertson said the apartments had been designed with careful consideration of all modern necessities.

“’What an incredible honour to design the gateway to Sunshine Coast’s most prominent and transformative coastal precincts,” Mr Robertson said.

“The design of The Curl turns these bespoke apartments towards the north, embracing the climate, the sea breeze and aspect over the park and lake.

“The communal pool, gardens and landscaping inspired by coastal dunes are coupled with a range of home designs that promote cooling breezes, privacy and connection to green spaces for improved livability and delight.”
