A car detailer has purchased an industrial warehouse near the heart of the Sunshine Coast, as the region continues to experience a property boom.

Top Coat Auto Detailing has claimed Unit 21/82 Sugar Road in Maroochydore for $385,000. It was sold within two days of being listed.

The property offered a 117sqm warehouse with a 26sqm air-conditioned office, and a high clearance roller door and three phase power.

“The sale of this asset within two days of listing is typical for the current small industrial shed market as the appeal of the Sunshine Coast continues to increase,” said Julie Ryan from Ray White Commercial Northern Corridor Group.

“This was an excellent outcome for the long term local owners of the unit who were looking to relocate to a shed closer to their new home.”

“The buyer’s business, Top Coat Auto Detailing, has grown to a level that now requires a larger industrial shed to operate from. It’s a deal both parties were happy with.”
