Coastline BMW Sunshine Coast Cup Day

Now in its seventh year, the Coastline BMW Sunshine Coast Cup Day will be held on Saturday, January 30.

It is a metropolitan race day with a full nine-race card on offer. Tickets have sold fast, with limited seats still available in the pre-booked function areas.

Sunshine Coast Turf Club CEO, John Miller says, “The SCTC are delighted with the relationship and continued support received from Coastline BMW.”

Along with the quality racing fields and up to $895,000 of prize money on offer (including bonuses), we have activities and options for families of all ages on the day.”

A crowd of more than 2000 patrons is expected, consisting of owners, racing enthusiasts from throughout South-east Queensland and family groups.

The Coastline BMW Sunshine Coast Cup Day is a family-friendly event with free activities including a rock-climbing wall and a jumping castle. Entry is free for children under 18.

For the first time, Todd and Sami from Mix FM will be taking part in some fun activities along with food vendors, including pizza and the BBQ Roadshow Low ’n’ Slow in the general admission lawn area.

The popular Summer Pass will be offered again this year. For just $25 the Summer Pass includes entry, a burger and a drink on the day. Tickets must be pre-purchased online at sctc.com.au.

The Sunshine Coast Turf Club operates under a COVID Safe Plan to ensure the well-being and safety of patrons and staff.

Sunshine Coast Acoustic Jam

A really great afternoon of acoustic music jamming, no amps allowed. Easy going, relaxed and good fun is on the agenda.

This event is open to all acoustic instruments. No full drum kits please, as they are just a bit too overpowering.

Everyone will sit in a rough circle and take turns at leading a song, or pass if you are not ready yet, no judgement!

It is encouraged that everyone brings along song sheets to share and pass around to make the event as inclusive as possible.
