First in, best dressed. Buyers who live only a stone’s throw away have snapped up the first apartment in Walter Iezzi’s Azzure Bokarina Beach project for $1.85m.

The units went on sale early January and the Bokarina locals signed up the same day, choosing a three-bedroom apartment on Level 7.

There have been 200 inquiries and several sales in the oceanfront project.

Just prior to Christmas it was revealed that Mr Iezzi had secured a second site at Bokarina Beach with Oceanus Bokarina Beach, his first development in the area, almost sold out with only two apartments remaining.

Of those enquiring on Azzure, 47% were locals, 33% were from Greater Brisbane and 20% were from NSW and Victoria.

“The demand is there, and our phone continues to run hot, so when this block became available, I decided that the time was right to do another one,” Mr Iezzi said.

“For me it’s not just a project. I put my heart and soul into every development I do and Azzure, Bokarina Beach will be all about location, luxury and lifestyle and will be as beautiful as what we are creating with Oceanus.”

Azzure Bokarina Beach will be built across eight levels and will feature a mix of two, three and four-bedroom apartments.

It will contain all the usual amenities associated with a Walter Iezzi development such as a
pool, steam room, BBQ area, gym and landscaped gardens.

“I love what Stockland have created with their award-winning, master planned community here at Bokarina Beach and I am not surprised it has quickly become a highly coveted area to live on the Sunshine Coast”, Mr Iezzi said.

“And potential buyers are absolutely loving the new Azzure display which features a full kitchen, scullery, laundry and bathroom – to really show buyers the level of fixtures and fittings they are going to get.

“We’ve also received positive feedback from potential buyers who love the fact they have the opportunity to custom design apartments for their own specific needs,” Mr Iezzi said.

Mr Iezzi has again raised the bar with Azzure in terms of the inclusions and finishes and increased the floor plan on the units to accommodate the interest from owner occupiers.

“I believe that Bokarina Beach is going to be one of the most sought after areas to live in on the Sunshine Coast as it is close to shopping centres, the hospital, the health hub and stadium, has the beach at it’s doorstep and is so well planned that it’s going to set the new standard for coastal living.”

Construction on Azzure Bokarina Beach will commence at the start of 2022 following the completion of Oceanus Bokarina Beach at the end of the year. More information can be
