Designed by Cottee Parker Architects, Nature boasts amenities including a lap pool, private dining, gym, sauna and steam room, yoga lawn, gardens and sun-lounging areas, all surrounded by an abundance of greenery.

Cube Developments director Scott Juniper said it was a significant milestone to be starting construction following the appointment of the new building arm of the business, Cube Constructions.

“As Cube Constructions’ first project, we’re so pleased to see our skilled teams work towards a shared vision, guided by trust, communication and a commitment to excellence, to deliver a unique product designed to make residents feel like it’s their very own private resort,” he said.

Cottee Parker director Sandra Browne said the quality of architecture set a new benchmark in the area.

“Our goal was to create a product that not only boasted superior amenities, but also a higher level of architectural specifications and an unparalleled premium aesthetic,” she said.

“The use of varied construction materials, the expansive open glass facade and the panoramic viewing area reflect a level of architectural quality that distinguishes Nature from other designs in Maroochydore.”

The last remaining apartment for sale is a full-floor home that is yet to be released to the market.

Nature is scheduled to be complete by September 2024.
