A new development, featuring 54 “impeccably designed” apartments, has attracted plenty of interest ahead of its construction.

The team behind the hugely successful $200m Parkridge Noosa residential development has released its next Noosa-based project, The Whitely.

Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of 2022 and it has already received strong interest from owner occupiers and investors.

Local developer Altum Property Group, award- winning architect Blackburne Jackson and leading marketing and sales agency, Three Sixty Property Group, are behind the project, which is located at 99-105 Eumundi Road, Noosa.

The Whitely Noosa sales manager Jeremy Gilmore, from Three Sixty Property Group, was delighted to secure such an excellent location for the next Noosa-based development.

“Our previous project Parkridge Noosa is now done and dusted and it has been a great success. Selling all 180 residences was a phenomenal achievement and well ahead of our forecast schedule,” he said.

The Whitely is set to be built amid lush tropical surrounds.

“We are really excited with this new residential project and to be back working with Altum Property Group and Blackburne Jackson is an absolute pleasure.

“The Sunshine Coast property market, and Noosa in particular, is on fire at the moment with no sign of slowing down, so we expect demand to be very strong for this new project.”

The Whitely includes 54 two and three-bedroom units, across 12 terrace homes and 42 residences, with prices starting at $740,000.

Altum Propety Group directors Alex Rigby and Rob McCready.

“These designs are impeccable and take full advantage of their location which includes a spacious pool with an outdoor lounge area, surrounded in lush tropical landscaping,” Jeremy said.

“All apartments are walk-up so there’s no need for lifts, which helps keep body corporate fees competitive against similar-sized projects.

“The location is also very convenient with local schools, hospital, employment areas, retailers cafes and restaurants as well as a brewery all within close proximity.

“The world-class Noosa River is less than a kilometre away, which means easy access to great swimming and fishing as well as walking and cycle tracks which lead all the way onto the iconic Hastings Street.”
