The Hot 91 Ladies Oaks Day is back and is the Sunshine Coast’s most glamorous day at the races.

The Billy J Boutique Fashions on the Field offers Coast fashionistas the chance to strut their stuff for the chance to win some great prizes.

“A rich colour palette and a touch of luxe typifies this feminine race day,” Billy J’s Nikki Ralph says.

“This beautiful feminine dress code features a rich autumnal colour palette, with ladies opting for textured fabrics, bold features and lavish accents.

“Judges will be looking for style and originality of outfit, the appropriateness of the outfit for the winter races, attention to detail with accessories, shoes, bag and millinery, grooming and deportment and a fun attitude.”

There are four categories, including Female 18-39, Female 40-plus, Best Millinery and Best Male and a large prize pool up for grabs. Rules: Strictly no bare midriffs.

Hot 91 Ladies Oaks Day is Friday, May 28, at Sunshine Coast Turf Club.

Gates open at 1pm and registration for Billy J Boutique Fashions on the Field closes at 3pm.
