The toes will be tapping and good vibes flowing when the Pumicestone Rocks mini music festival takes centre stage on May 23.

The free community event will be held at Central Park, on Pelican Waters’ new island precinct. It will feature live music from Creedence Clearwater Remembered, Live Junction and Mismo Tempo, food trucks, kids activities and bar.

“It’s awesome to see events returning to Caloundra and we’re anticipating a great turnout for the inaugural Pumicestone Rocks,’’ said Hamish Pressland, general manager of development at Pelican Waters.

The free community event will be held at Central Park.

“It will be a fantastic opportunity to enjoy excellent music and a great family atmosphere – something everybody needs! So bring your blankets or chairs and settle in for a great afternoon.

“It’s conveniently located, so why not leave your car at home and ride, walk or scoot to the event.”

Pumicestone Rocks will be held at Central Park, Spitfire Banks Drive, Pelican Waters on Sunday, May 23, from 2pm to 8pm.

The event is sponsored by Pelican Waters, Henzells Agency, the Golden Beach and Pelican Waters Community Association, HM Developments, the Caloundra Chamber of Commerce and Oaktree Group.
