A man has been charged with 28 offences after investigations into multiple break-ins across the Sunshine Coast.
Police allege that the 28-year-old unlawfully gained entry to properties in Pacific Paradise, Twin Waters, Buderim, Beerwah, Mountain Creek, Bli Bli, Mooloolaba, Kuluin, Moffat Beach, Maleny, Maroochydore, Woombye and Yandina between June 22 and September 3.
Gold and jewellery were allegedly taken from some of these properties and sold on to a gold buyer.
The man has been charged with offences including 15 counts of enter dwelling and commit, eight counts of enter dwelling with intent by break and five counts of fraud.
He was due to face Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Monday, September 7.
