Police are investigating after two cars were damaged by fires on the southern Sunshine Coast.
Emergency services were called to a white Kia Rio after it was ablaze at a unit complex on Edmund Street in Kings Beach at about 8.53pm on Tuesday.
They then attended a vehicle fire involving a black Renault Latitude outside an address on Caloundra Road in Little Mountain at about 10.11pm.
Police declared crime scenes.
It is not yet known whether they are related, and investigations are continuing.
Investigators are appealing for anyone who may have relevant information or dashcam/CCTV vision to come forward.
Detective Senior Sergeant Lowry said both vehicles were extensively damaged and burnt out.
He said at least four people were seen leaving the area on e-bikes or scooters at Kings Beach, although investigators are yet to establish whether they were associated with the fire.
Witnesses also reported seeing a person leave the Little Mountain area on what appeared to be a quad bike, with police investigating whether the person had any involvement in the fire.
Police said there was no ongoing threat to the community in relation to the fires.
