The region’s businesswomen have been recognised for their achievements at the 27th annual Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network Awards.
The awards were presented at Venue 114 on Friday, with winners celebrated across a range of categories recognising women building, leading and growing businesses across the region.
Now in its 27th year, the awards recognise women at all stages of their business careers, from those starting out to leaders of long-established companies.
The event brought together finalists, business leaders and members of the Sunshine Coast community to celebrate the contribution of women to the region’s business sector.
The 2026 SCBWN Award winners included Vicki Clark, who received the Michelle Hamer Alumni Award.
Erin Barnes of A Human Edge was named Micro/Small Business Woman of the Year, while Nikki Fogden-Moore of The Mojo Maker Group took out Sustainable Business Woman of the Year.
Denise Jensen of Destiny Rescue was named Professional Business Woman of the Year, with Jodi Theisen of Digital Nomads HQ receiving the Corporate Business Woman of the Year award.
Keely Abbot of Kinetic was named Young Business Woman of the Year, while Agnes Pennay of Fresh Meats took out the Outstanding Business Woman of the Year award.

SCBWN president Paula Williamson said the awards exist to amplify women in business and the ripple effect that creates.
“We know that when we amplify one woman, the impact rarely stops with her,” Ms Williamson said.
“It builds confidence, opens doors and helps create opportunity for others. Being recognised is an achievement in itself. My hope is that this gives our winners the confidence to keep backing themselves, to keep opening doors for others and to recognise the success and influence they already have. Because this is the power of SCBWN.”
The Sunshine Coast community is invited to hear directly from these winners at a special breakfast on Tuesday, September 15 at Maroochy Surf Club, where each will share the story behind their win.
