Police are investigating reports of an alleged ‘predator’ approaching girls in the Caloundra area.
It follows a post from the Nirimba State Primary School P&C Facebook page alerting parents to concerns about videos circulating online.
“There has been videos posted locally about an alleged predator approaching young females for sexual favours,” the post said.
“We want you to know this has been reported to police and the school are 100 per cent aware.”
A Queensland Police Service spokesperson confirmed Caloundra Police were aware of the incident and were investigating.
“There is no further information available at this time,” the spokesperson said.

The school P&C encouraged parents and community members to report any relevant information to police.
“As a former retired detective sergeant working in the child abuse squad, I need you to understand any evidence or information you have is vital and that you need to report this (or any other concerning issues) to the Queensland Police Service and then to our amazing school,” it said.
It also stated that school representatives acted quickly after being made aware of the concerns.
“Please be aware that our amazing school were onto this straight away and took immediate steps to notify Queensland Police Service,” it said.
“Our school perimeter is also extremely secure with CCTV.”
