Interest is growing in Pelican Waters’ new waterfront display village as Queensland’s best builders put the finishing touches on their impressive designs.

Master Builders Display Villages Manager, Greg Byrne, said the project offered a point of difference for builders and prospective buyers alike, being the region’s only waterfront village under construction.

“COVID and bad weather placed a spanner in the works for a while but the village is now powering ahead towards an anticipated official opening in July this year,’’ Mr Byrne said.

Situated on Arlington Drive and Kianga Street, the village features a collection of premium homes from the likes of Immackulate Designer Homes, Metricon, Matira, Platinum Residential Designer Homes, Dwyer Quality Homes, McLachlan Homes, qldBUILT, Arcadia, Stroud Homes and Burns Builders.

“The village offers seven waterfront homes and three display homes on dry lots, showcasing an excellent range of home styles and value,’’ Mr Byrne said.

The village features a collection of premium homes.

“Our builder members have welcomed the opportunity to show their wares in a unique waterfront setting.

“The point of difference with Pelican Waters is the boutique offering. It’s quality not quantity, aimed at the buyer after a different style of upmarket home.”

Mr Byrne said the growth of the “knock down and rebuild” market was fuelling strong demand for premium designs.
