A Noosa hinterland property owned by two Australian television personalities has hit the market.

Former Home and Away actress Sam Frost and Australian Survivor contestant Jordie Hansen are selling the four-bedroom Doonan home they bought in 2023.

The property, which is set on almost one hectare in a private cul-de-sac, is being sold by Nicola and James Henley of Haven Property Sunshine Coast.

Ms Frost said it was time for her young family to move on.

“We’ve absolutely loved our time here – it’s been a special place to call home,” she said.

“After a couple of wonderful years enjoying the space, the lifestyle and everything the Noosa hinterland offers, the timing simply feels right for a new chapter. It was a considered decision, and we feel good about it, but will really miss our dream family home.”

The property is set on 2.3 acres.

Ms Henley said the property offered a secluded, lifestyle-driven retreat.

“There’s a lot to love but the combination of the single-level layout on 2.3 acres really sets this property apart. That’s increasingly hard to find in this area,” she said.

“The raked ceilings, the flow to both the front verandah and rear deck, the dam – it all creates a lifestyle that’s genuinely hard to replicate. Add in the infrastructure – the powered shed, triple carport, double garage – and there’s real versatility here for a wide range of buyers.

“There’s still scope to add a pool, extend or put your own stamp on it. It’s both move-in ready and full of possibility.

“Sam loves gardening and growing her own veggies – she fell in love the with space when they first saw the property. She initially thought they wouldn’t win at auction and was so excited when they did.”

The home has been styled to create “calm and cohesion”.

Ms Frost said they had made some improvements to the home since they purchased it.

“We’ve freshened the home throughout with new flooring and a soft, modern interior palette,” she said.

“The focus was on creating a sense of calm and cohesion – letting the space and the setting do the talking. It’s been well maintained and is genuinely ready to enjoy from day one.”

Ms Henley said the Noosa hinterland market was continuing to strengthen.

“Buyers are increasingly drawn to the lifestyle credentials of areas like Doonan – the space, the privacy, the connection to nature – while still being within easy reach of the coast,” she said.

“Acreage properties of this quality in tightly held pockets remain in strong demand, and that appetite shows no signs of easing.

“We’re expecting broad appeal, from families seeking space and a relaxed lifestyle, to those looking for a private retreat, to buyers who see the potential to further develop or enhance the property over time.

“The single-level design and practical infrastructure also make it attractive to downsizers who don’t want to compromise on space or land.”

Ms Frost described the property as “peaceful, private and full of possibility”.

“We hope the next owners love it as much as we have. It’s a property that genuinely delivers on its promise,” she said.

“We feel very lucky to have called it home and we are sad to be leaving.”
