A suburban home was engulfed in flames on Plover Parade this afternoon, prompting a swift response from emergency services.

Multiple fire crews were called to the scene about 3.11pm, arriving within minutes to find the house already well alight.

Firefighters worked quickly to bring the blaze under control, extinguishing it by approximately 3.50pm.

Authorities confirmed all occupants had been accounted for, with no reports of anyone trapped inside the property.

Paramedics assessed one person at the scene who sustained an arm injury. The patient was reported to be in a stable condition.

The cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
